PACS Administrator / Project Manager (Minnesota):
Will manage the Enterprise Imaging Project (Picture Archiving and Communication system, PACS) from start to finish using New System Development Life Cycle and Vendor System Life Cycle methodologies. Will work with multidisciplinary teams including IT, Vendor and Internal Customers (mainly the Radiology department) to install a vendor-developed PACS system. Will develop preliminary system architecture and implementation strategy. Will research and find solutions on all technical issues. Acts as a liaison between Radiology Department and IT. Assemble project team including staffing, coaching and training. The selected candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge and past working experience on PACS. Project Management including Vendor Selection and Cost Management are absolutely required. Excellent knowledge on PACS related technology is a must. Bachelor's Degree in information systems and/or related healthcare discipline required, preferably in a large healthcare environment. A minimum of seven years of IT and/or Radiology leadership progression is required. Knowledge of imaging solutions is a must (i.e., PACS Implementation). Salary to 90k plus sign on bonus to 5k and relocation assistance.
RIS (Radiology Information Systems) IT Team Lead (Minnesota):
Will manage the ongoing RIS project using New System Development Life Cycle and Vendor System Life Cycle methodologies. The incumbent will work with multidisciplinary teams including IT, Vendor and Internal Customers (mainly, the Radiology department) to maintain the IDXrad system. Will continue to develop system architecture and implementation strategies. Will research and find solutions on all technical issues. Will serve as a liaison between Radiology Department and IT, therefore needing good understanding of Radiology operations. Assemble project team including staffing, coaching and training. Management experience needed in the Lead Role. Demonstrated strong project management skills needed (includes ability to build project plans, writing status reports, tracking issues and managing team tasks and accountabilities) for the Lead role. Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and change management skills needed, along with the ability to comfortably adapt to quickly changing priorities to meet patient, staff and customer needs. Salary to 90k plus sign on bonus up to 5k and relocation assistance.
RIS - Radiology Information Systems IT Analyst (Minnesota):
Will be involved in the installation and support of our Radiology Information System: IDXrad product. Qualifications relative to both RIS opportunities: Bachelor's Degree in information systems and/or related healthcare discipline required, preferably in a large healthcare environment. A minimum of seven years of IT and/or Radiology leadership progression is required. Expert knowledge and past working experience on IDXrad V9 or preferably V10; HL7 standards and interfaces; conversion mapping and requirement and programming knowledge of SQL. Also, Vendor Selection and Costing. Salary to 85k plus sign on bonus up to 5k and relocation assistance.
PACS Implementation Analyst (Portland, OR):
Proven leadership and organizational abilities required. Project Management skills in all phases of Project Management from conception to implementation. Five years related experience in the Diagnostic Imaging field. Current experience in installation of a PACS at a major medical center preferred. BS Degree. Responsible for overall analysis, system design, development, and support of complex computer applications and systems in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. This position also applies for application releases, maintains applications security, maintains both internally developed and vendor supplied executables within the appropriate executable paths. This position organizes, monitors and implements information system projects. Position also assists the Regional Director of Diagnostic Imaging in the operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department and provides back-up when necessary. PACS Systems Analyst (Northern MA):
An enthusiastic and motivated Senior Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) Analyst is sought by the hospital's Department of Radiology. A wide range of tasks is involved in this position. Key components include daily management and technical support for the PACS system, and evaluating, assessing and analyzing the workflow for the end user. The eloquence and ability to lead and provide training and cross-training on the system to new users and within the Radiology Information Technology Team (RITT) is another large responsibility of this position, as the PACS is a new initiative for the hospital. The ability to provide viable in-put for creating and updating policies and procedures as the RITT transitions the film-based radiology department to the digital imaging environment is critical.
