About Radiologic Allied Health Jobs
Allied Health jobs are expected to grow faster than the average through 2012, as the population grows and ages, increasing the demand for diagnostic imaging. Hospitals will remain the principal employer of allied health professionals and technicians. However, a greater number of new allied health jobs will be found in offices of physicians and diagnostic imaging centers. Health facilities such as these are expected to grow rapidly through 2012, due to the strong shift toward outpatient care.

Under general supervision, performs a variety of M.R.I. procedures on pediatric and adult patients. Ability to perform all M.R.I. procedures requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology so that independent selection and modification of technical factors may produce optimal results. Ability to operate all equipment including computer disc drive, MT console, scan control console, CRT display/photography console, line printer plotter
