GENERAL / VASCULAR SONOGRAPHER

1. Certifications: ARDMS is strongly preferred for the assignment.
2. Licensure: N/A, no state license required for this assignment.
3. Experience: 2 years of hospital based ultrasound experience required,
4. Equipment/Procedures: Acuson Sequia (2), will be expected to do full scope of general ultrasound with limited amounts of vascular, Doing primarily general AB, limited pelvis, scrotum, DVT's and Thyroids.
5. Environment: Will be taking call only, after training in the department you will be working alone. Department traditionally sees about 20 patients per day.
6. Schedule: There are various Call schedules to choose from; including, Monday through Friday, either 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Saturday/Sunday and Holiday, Either 24 hour on Call coverage, or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you decide which schedule is right for you.
