Under the general direction of the Medical Physicist, this position will support the development, implementation and metrics evaluation of advanced medical imaging modalities in the Department of Radiology at CHRMC. The overall aim of this position is to maximize the clinical, educational, and translational benefit from the available biomedical technologies. Ph.D. or MD degree and a minimum of 5 years experience optimizing imaging acquisition and analysis with a clinical focus. Prefers experience with Radiology image storage, databases, and viewing tools, experience with biochemistry and MRS, knowledge in pulse programming, knowledge of post-processing methods specific to functional imaging (DTI and fMRI).
