MedQuest Associates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Novant Health, is a leading operator of outpatient diagnostic imaging centers. With over 90 outpatient facilities across the nation, MedQuest centers provide high quality diagnostic imaging services using a variety of technologies including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography and general radiology.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for our center in Anderson, SC.

The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for the integration of scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information. This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.

Qualified candidates must have:

2+ years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
Knowledge of mammography procedures and standards
Skill in operation of mammography equipment
Customer service background and focus

· Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT registered

Completed required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active

Radiologic Allied Health jobs are regulated by the South Carolina Medical Board. The South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners’ primary mission is protection of the public. In fulfilling this charter it has two major functions: licensing physicians, physician assistants, respiratory care practitioners, anesthesiologist's assistants, acupuncturists, and cardiovascular invasive specialists wishing to practice in the state of South Carolina and; investigating and disciplining physicians, physician assistants, respiratory care practitioners, anesthesiologist's assistants, acupuncturists and cardiovascular invasive specialists found to be engaged in misconduct as defined by the Medical Practice Act.
