OFCCP Overview
On October 7, 2005 the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued a ruling that relates to online recruitment and hiring practices by federal contractors and subcontractors.
We have enhanced our service to help federal contractors comply with the OFCCP rules regarding the use of external candidate databases.
The rule requires the following data be retained:
- A record of the position for each search of the database.
- The substantive search criteria used.
- The date of the search, and the resume of any candidate who met the basic qualifications and were considered.
Clients utilizing this tracking system can produce basic reports to assist with their OFCCP reporting needs. Upon request, and for an additional fee, RadWorking.com can produce a comprehensive set of data.
