About Mammography Jobs
Mammography is a system that produces breasts images using a low-dose x-ray system. Viewing of the images can be done in various formats such as film at a view box or on a digital mammography work station. Mammography plays an important role in early detection of breast cancers because it can show changes in breasts up to two years before it can be felt.
Current guidelines recommend mammography screening every year for women, beginning at age 40. However women who have had breast cancer and those who are at increased risk of breast cancer should seek expert medical advice when they should begin mammograms and about the frequency of screening. General Radiologist
IMAGING CENTER!!!!
AWESOME group in Central FL is looking to hire a Radiologist to join their growing practice and soon to open additional Imaging Centers. Until the Radiologist is hired permanently the client is staffing the facility with Locum Tenens. Approx 100-120 studies per day with an excellent mix. General, MRI, Mammo, CT, US, Nuc Med, PET and Digital Mammo are needed but not a must in order to work the assignment. No weekends, no call. Daily rate of $1800+ (very negociable). All expenses paid. Medsource will cover your Malpractice Insurance while on assignment. Please call me if you have any weeks available to help this client out.
