Solano Imaging Medical Association (SIMA), a hospital-based independent three-physician radiology group providing inpatient and outpatient professional radiology services to a two-hospital health system in Northern California is seeking a fourth Radiologist.
Clinical services: Full-service general radiology including CT, MR and Ultrasound, with all modern equipment. New PACs system scheduled to be installed in early 2008. Opportunity to develop sub-specialty interests as health system is aggressively expanding its cancer, cardiac and orthopedic service lines. NightHawk after-hours coverage in place.
Successful candidates will be a BC/BE Radiologist. Additional qualifications desired: cardiac CT certified/trained and experience in MR-directed breast imaging. They will also be team players who are committed to providing excellent patient care.
There is an opportunity to develop a sub-specialty. Do not perform vascular interventional radiology.
During the first (employed) year, we will pay for health insurance (high-deductible plan is what they offer) and dental care, along with malpractice premium. If coming from another practice, tail coverage could be negotiated.
Weekend call is one in four or five, on average.
Full partnership in year two with accounts receivable buy-in only. Comprehensive benefits package.
