VERY DOWN TO EARTH group of 6 radiologists is currently expanding to cover a newly acquired hospital practice, in addition to covering an outpatient imaging center. The practice will include all areas of General Radiology, but subspecialty expertise is welcomed, and opportunities exist to tailor work assignments such that heavy concentrations in Women’s Imaging, Interventional Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging or other subspecialties can be arranged.
The group has designed a unique and innovative flexible work scheduling system that allows their radiologists locums-like flexibility in designing their work schedule. Their goals are to provide high-quality Imaging services to their patients and positive lifestyles for themselves. They regard these goals as mutually-necessary, not mutually exclusive.
Salary is the same as partners from the first day you start.
$200.00 per hr: If you work a 9 hour day, you are making $1800.00 a day or $9000.00 per week.
$2500.00 a day (when you work a 2 day weekend) = $5000.00 per weekend
$3000.00 a day (when you work a 3 day weekend) = $9000.00 per weekend
Nighthawk: starts at 5 pm
Currently, they do not have a call schedule in place since they have Nighthawk and everyone volunteers to work one weekend or another because it is so lucrative.
Vacation: Up to 17 weeks - all depends on how you want to structure your schedule.
Imaging equipment is state-of-the-art and includes digital radiography, digital mammography with CAD, Senorex mammotome biopsy, GE 16 and Toshiba 64 MDCT, 0.7T Hitachi open and 1.5T Toshiba short bore MRI, and PET/CT.
