Mammography jobs are regulated by the West Virginia Medical Board. The West Virginia Board of Medicine is the sole authority for the issuance of licenses to practice medicine, surgery, podiatry, and as a physician assistant for a medical doctor (M.D.) in the State of West Virginia. Furthermore, it is the regulatory and disciplinary body for these medical professionals in West Virginia. Join a very stable group of six board certified radiologists, all of which are partners. This candidate will have experience in general radiology including mammography, CT, MRI, MSK, Neuroradiology, Nuclear and PET/CT. Minor interventional procedures required are biopsies and drains, no stereotactic biopsies required. This practice has been described as a very busy mammo practice. The group is affiliated with two hospitals Call will be 1:6, shared equally. They do have PACS in place, and Nighthawk coverage starts at 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM week-days as well as week-ends. Partnership after year two, with no buy-in, 17 weeks of vacation!
