About Mammography Jobs
Mammography is a system that produces breasts images using a low-dose x-ray system. Viewing of the images can be done in various formats such as film at a view box or on a digital mammography work station. Mammography plays an important role in early detection of breast cancers because it can show changes in breasts up to two years before it can be felt.
Current guidelines recommend mammography screening every year for women, beginning at age 40. However women who have had breast cancer and those who are at increased risk of breast cancer should seek expert medical advice when they should begin mammograms and about the frequency of screening. 1 YEAR TO PARTNER
Boston area Radiology practice is looking for additional associate due to the expansion of their group. You would be joining a 20 member group which practices at two hospitals with a total of 650 beds as well as two outpatient imaging centers in the area.
They are looking for a generalist with good MRI skills, and can offer you a caseload with a solid focus in your subspecialty with the remainder being a mix of general diagnostic Radiology cases according to your particular interests and training. They have PACS in all their facilities and Nighthawk coverage starting at 9:00.
Starting salary will be in the $300K range with $450K + at partner. Full partnership is offered in one year.
