About Mammography Jobs
Mammography is a system that produces breasts images using a low-dose x-ray system. Viewing of the images can be done in various formats such as film at a view box or on a digital mammography work station. Mammography plays an important role in early detection of breast cancers because it can show changes in breasts up to two years before it can be felt.
Current guidelines recommend mammography screening every year for women, beginning at age 40. However women who have had breast cancer and those who are at increased risk of breast cancer should seek expert medical advice when they should begin mammograms and about the frequency of screening. Tennessee Radiology Opening
An opportunity exists in western Tennessee for an entrepreneurial, board certified radiologist, who has practice experience. This will be an independent contractor position. This outpatient center is staffed with an experienced team of professionals that will allow you to focus on providing quality general radiology services while building a strong reputation with the referring physician community. Facilities are state of the art. If you are seeking a healthy work/life balance that includes an uncapped income potential with no nights, weekends, holidays or on-call work, then this might be the right opportunity for you. The expectation would be that you would make in the $600,000 range.
