About Mammography Jobs
Mammography is a system that produces breasts images using a low-dose x-ray system. Viewing of the images can be done in various formats such as film at a view box or on a digital mammography work station. Mammography plays an important role in early detection of breast cancers because it can show changes in breasts up to two years before it can be felt.
Current guidelines recommend mammography screening every year for women, beginning at age 40. However women who have had breast cancer and those who are at increased risk of breast cancer should seek expert medical advice when they should begin mammograms and about the frequency of screening. Outpatient Group looking for a General Radiologist
In a coastal area which has lots to offer from beaches, world class dining and excellent nightlife
Outpatient radiology group looking to add to staff. Opportunity will require general radiology skills to include
read digital mammo, MRI, CT, US average work load is 100-125 cases a day. Work day 8:00 – 4:30 no call,
no weekends, benefits will include malpractice and vacation. Posiiton will start at $350 (nego) with 6 weeks vacation
