We invite you to join our NorCal Imaging Center's team in Walnut Creek as a Mammography Technologist. This full-time (Monay-Friday 8:30-5pm) career opportunity at our outpatient imaging center isn't on-call and doesn’t require work on major holidays. As a Mammographer you'll:
- Provide professional radiologic and digital mammography procedures/exams to incoming patients.
- Respond to patient questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
- Complete all paperwork associated with technical procedures.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patient procedures.
We're looking for knowledgeable candidates with excellent communication skills, CPR certification, California State Licensure (X-ray & Mammography), ARRT(R) certification, and some Mammography/X-ray work experience. The ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, peers and management is also a must. A fluoroscopy permit is a plus!
