A fourth radiologist is needed to cover a 170-bed hospital and two joint-venture centers. The parent group is a large, private practice with over 70 radiologists.
Daily, the sites produce 125 x-rays, 55 CT's, 10 MR's, 10 Nuc Med studies, 10 Mammos, and 27 US's. Due to the subspecialization of the practice, there is sub-specialty support only a click away! The equipment is entirely state-of-the-art, and PACS is integrated.
Nighthawk covers call starting at 9pm during the week, and at 4pm over the weekends.
The group is very negotiable on their initial income and partnership track based on experience. Worst case scenario is $300,000 to start, and a three year partnership track as such: 1st year: base salary; 2nd year: 75% of partners; third year 85% of partners; and then parity which is roughly $700,000!
