A dynamic and stable Midwestern group seeks a well-rounded general radiologist with fellowship training able to perform all imaging modalities. Mammography and women's imaging abilities are preferred but optional for the right candidate. Join four fellowship-trained radiologists and put down roots in this charming southern Indiana town. This is a stable group that has been existence for many decades. They cover a single hospital that is less than 150 beds in size, but very well equipped with an up-to-date PACS system. Enjoy a very manageable annual caseload of around 15,000 annual exams combined with an enviable amount of time off after the first year (11 weeks). Nighthawk service takes over at 8 pm and they do rotate a swing shift evening person that works 1-8 pm 1:5 weeks. Very cohesive group of excellent radiologists that have an outstanding relationship with their hospital administration. In-house hospitalists do procedures overnight ensuring you will almost never be called back in to the hospital after 8 pm. It is a small town but located an hour from multiple metro/cosmopolitan areas for weekend getaways or easy access to an airport.

Their need is somewhat flexible. They can wait until 2017 graduating fellows are available as well as current job seekers as the volume and need is there. For anyone qualified for this position with a spouse that is also a physician, they have multiple needs for primary care, neurology, emergency medicine, endocrinology, occupational medicine and psychiatry.
