Looking for an MRI Technologist that is registered in MR and willing to do a long term assignment in CA.
1. Certifications: ARRT - MR required.
2. Licensure: CA state license also required, will have time to get license before employee starts the assignment, plus must have current CPR.
3. Experience: Two years of experience at a minimum.
4. Special Equipment/Procedures: You will be using GE 3.0, GE 1.5 (3) w/ 14.0 Software, also have GE 1.5 w/ 14.0 Software (2) at off site clinic location, Phillips 1.5 Interra hooked up to an inteventional suite. You will be expected to know how to do the majority of the following exams: Profussion, Diffusion, MRA's, Spectroscapy, Single Vox and 3D, Stealth Imaging, Strokes, Occasional Cort Compression
5. Environment: Large university hospital, busy trauma facility, plus this hospital also does research. Will be working in a multitude of areas and settings, traditionally will not be working alone for long periods of time, but you will have to rotate to off site clinic as needed.
6. Schedule: Exact hours are being determined. This is a new overnight shift with no Call. Some weekend rotation will be required. Very nice housing provided within two to three miles of the hospital.
