MRI TECHNOLOGIST


InSight Health Corp. ("INSIGHT IMAGING"), a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, seeks a
F/T MRI Technologist for our San Francisco, CA facility. 

Education/Training/Experience:

Required:   
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Associates or Applied Science Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
* Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
* CPR Certification
* Appropriate State License (where applicable)

Desirable:   
* At least one year’s experience as a MRI Technologist.
* CT cross trained a plus

Knowledge:   
* Working knowledge applicable to MR scanning technology with specific references to cross-sectional anatomy, medical and surgical disease, and scientific principles as applied to MR scanning.
* Ability to identify disease abnormalities and physiological processes while performing MR scans
* Patient care standards and requirements
* Quality assurance principles and practices
* Customer service principles and practices
* OSHA principles and practices
* JCAHO standards of practice
   
CPR Certification
ARRT (MR)
Appropriate State License (where applicable)
OSHA Class 1 exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens
