In this role, you will be responsible for the operational, service, and fiscal management of Diagnostic Imaging Services. As part of your duties you will develop a strategic approach to achieve an integrated service line for diagnostic imaging across multiple sites. You will also direct the operations of full service, high volume, inpatient and outpatient imaging sites which include radiology, MRI, CT, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography, cardiac cath labs, and imaging files.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or equivalent experience; master’s degree is preferred
Leadership accomplishments in health care, as well as demonstrated achievements in management and staff development
A successful track record of administrative project initiatives, as well as strong labor relations and human relations skills
Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory standards
CRT or CNMT and ARRT preferred
Must be able to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment
