Diagnostic Radiologist Needed


A very stable private practice group of 30 radiologists is looking to add an additional general radiologist, because of growth. The group covers 8 hospitals and each radiologist does around 23,000 RVU's/yr.  The group has great relations with the hospitals administration and the group has been in the area for over 50 years. You can expect to read all modalities including MR, CT, US, Nucs, Mammo, Fluoro,  plain films, etc...  They have all state-of-the-art equipment throughout the facilities  This is a NO CALL position as the group has an internal nighthawk that covers the call.  If there is to ever be a day scheduled for call it is from 12a-8a, and is only 2-3 days out of the whole year! Initial income is at least $300K to start, depending on experience. There is no more than 3 years to partnership (also negotiable depending on experience) and partners are in excess of $500K. Vacation timeis 8 weeks year one, and 10 weeks as partner. You can supplement income by $5-$20K (per weekend) by working additional weekends. Benefits include: malpractice coverage; full family medical and dental; CME stipend- $5,000; tax shelters; pension plans; negotiable relocation package; etc...
