Radiologist Needed with MSK or Neuro training a plus

A group of 11 radiologists is looking to add an additional radiologist.  If you have sub-specialty training in MSK or Neuro, it is a plus. They cover a 280 bed district hospital, a 150 bed county hospital, and a small rural hospital via teleradiology. They own an imaging center with a Siemens Avanto MRI, a Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice helical scanner, as well as four rooms for ultrasound and digital radiography. You can expect around 30-40% in your sub-specialty, if sub-specialty trained. All other diagnostic work is expected with some very basic digital mammo, as they are fully digital.  No IR is required.  They have McKesson PACS in place covering all the hospitals and outpatient center. Call will be 1-2 weekdays per month and 1:6 weekends.  They have a nighthawk in place from 7pm-7am Monday through Sunday.  Initial income will be $325K year one, $350K year two and then partnership.  Partner's salaries are in excess of $550K. There are bonus distributions given on a regular basis, too. Vacation time is 8 weeks for first two years and then 9 weeks as a partner. Benefits include malpractice coverage, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a $5K business expense account from day one, 401(K) plan after 6 months, a negotiable relocation package, etc...
