Director of Medical Imaging


DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL IMAGING

East bay area not-for-profit, 350 bed acute care hospital, situated beneath the foothills of Fremont, California is actively recruiting for a Director of Medical Imaging. 

Duties will include administrative responsibility and accountability for the overall functioning of the medical imaging department (radiology, mammography, CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, dexa, and MRI & PET (contracting services).

Qualified Candidates will hold a B.S. or B.A., from an AMA approved radiologic technology program from an accredited university or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health or Hospital Administration is desired. Candidates must have a Valid State of California Radiologic Technologist license in addition to 8 years technical experience and 8 years managerial experience in a high-complexity radiology department. Must have working knowledge in all imaging modalities.
