Orlando Health, formerly known as Orlando Regional Healthcare, is home to M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando, the first and largest affiliate of M. D. Anderson in Houston. We are a 10-story comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer center containing all ambulatory and ancillary services required for cancer care, with dedicated medical staff and a future site for Proton Beam therapy. We are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Manager to join our team of professionals.
Manager will oversee one of the largest nuclear medicine departments in the region, including Orlando Regional Medical Center and PET Center located in M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando, with over 25 technologists performing over 15,000 NM studies per year; six gamma cameras; two state-of-the-art 64-slice Siemens Biograph PET-CTs; will work closely with four ABNM-certified dedicated NM physicians; potential for research involvement; and has major expansion plans in upcoming years.
Qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field, current NMTCB license, current Florida State license for nuclear medicine and three years' management experience in a clinical setting, in addition to seven years' technical experience, for a total of 10 years experience in nuclear medicine.
