California Radiology
A group two hours east of Oakland, California is looking for a general diagnostic radiologist to replace one radiologist, in a group of three, who is retiring. This is a partnership position that needs someone who is comfortable in all modalities including light IR and mammography. Initial compensation starts around $300,000 with excellent vacation time. This group staffs a hospital and an imaging center. They have recently installed PACS and have Nighthawk in place. This group handles about 60,000 reads/exams per year and is very stable. Settled on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range there are many outdoor activities as well as cultural events. Four international airports are within a two hour drive.
