DC Beltway
A progressive, medium sized, DC-based radiology group is looking to add another general diagnostic radiology partner, due to growth in their market. They staff a series of outpatient imaging centers and a hospital near the Washington DC beltway. They would ideally like this need filled before the end of the year. Many of the partners live in Montgomery County where the cost of living is reasonable, the daily commute time is less than 30 minutes, and the culture and night life of DC is just minutes away. The starting compensation is competative and includes a $15,000 signing bonus. A pension plan is included after the first year. Partners are making about $400,000 and are offered shareholder status in the group. Vacation time is initially about six weeks to start and increases each year with partners receiving about 12 weeks vacation a year. The group utilizes PACS, a Nighthawk service, and updated technology ideal for remaining a leading provider in the strong DC market.
