Easy drive to St Louis and not too far from Chicago for a weekend get-a-way.
Group of 13 radiologists serving three hospitals. Bulk of work is done in one hospital.
A neuroradiologist or body imager would be ideal but they will consider all candidates --fellowship training not required. No mammography or interventional procedures required. Could get a fair amount of nuclear and PET but this is also not a requirement. State of the art equipment with PACS in the two main facilities.
Easy call schedule. General call is 1:10.
Starting salary is around 350K and is negotiable with the vacation between 8 and 12 weeks. Partnership track is around 18 months to 2 years. Partners making 500K+ with 12 to 13 weeks vacation and a fully funded pension plan, kicking in 42K per year.
