RADIOLOGIST
Brooke Army Medical Center
San Antonio, Texas
Seeking Academic Radiologists to provide Radiology Services within a level-one trauma center. Employment will be by personal services, firm fixed-price contract. Period of performance will be a base year and four (4) Option Years. Contractor will be salaried and have up to 10 full weeks (vacation/CME) off. Positions are available NOW. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
Credentialing is required prior to performance of services. The successful offeror will be provided a Point of Contact from the BAMC Credential Office to request all required credentialing forms.
Applicant’s Requirements are: must be U.S. Citizens or a candidate for permanent residence; must possess a current, valid, and unrestricted license in any of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands; and show proof of current certification in BLS; must be an MD or a DO and board certified by the American Board of Radiology or its equivalent; should be current in Mammography and invasive procedures; must have recent experience teaching in a radiology residency training program, or have recently completed fellowship training. Must be able to perform a general full scope of diagnostic radiology.
