Neuroradiologist

A 17 person practice (15 full timers and 2 part timers) is recruiting their third neuroradiologist. The group covers four hospitals, and the health system has an outpatient cancer treatment center with an imaging center that the group has ownership in. There is a joint venture in a 64-slice scanner and a PET/CT scanner, and the group wholly owns two magnets. The group is progressive and also has an IR clinic. You can expect 50% Neuroradiology, in head and neck imaging, skull base/ facial bones/ paranasal sinus/ brachial plexus imaging, as well as brain and spine imaging. Non-neuro ability in MR, CT, US, plain films, nuc-med, etc...would be needed. Mammo is a plus but not required, and you can avoid IR as there is a seperate IR section. Imaging equipment is all state-of-the-art. The general call is shared equally, and IR has their own call schedule. Initial income and first year bonus is at least $400k (same as partners). Full parity and ownership of the equipment, equitable to all partners is only one year! Benefits include: malpractice coverage, up to 12 weeks vacation and a 4 1/2 day work week from day one, medical benefits, retirement accounts and tax shelters, and a negotiable relocation package.
