PACS ADMINISTRATOR
Imaging Services-RIS/PACS, Full-Time
Sibley Memorial Hospital, in Northwest Washington, D.C., has a distinguished history of serving the community since its founding in 1890 as a not-for-profit, full-service, 318-bed community hospital. In 2010, Sibley Memorial Hospital became a proud member of Johns Hopkins Medicine. The Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center is now providing cancer services on the Sibley Hospital campus. You will be responsible for providing system management for the various systems used in Imaging including the dictation (Powerscribe) and ECG management system (Pyramis). You will also be performing testing, hardware, network, and first call trouble shooting. Additionally, you will be taking calls for afterhours IT issues in Imaging Services.
To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field or information systems. You must also be a registered Radiology Technologist with at least 3 years of experience along with 3 years of related experience in healthcare project management. Having thorough knowledge of Radiology department workflow and PACS system is a must. CIIP is preferred.
