We have an immediate need for an Echocardiography Technologist for a Government Assignment in Buffalo, New York. The technologist must be able to practice safe and ethical medical care within the scope of his/her profession, understand his/her limitations and seek advice and assistance as necessary. Candidate must also possess all current health status reports that meet VA standards including necessary vaccinations and be able to address all JCAHO requirements. The contractor will be assigned to the Cardiology Department and their duties will include performing echocardiograms on inpatients and outpatients. During times of excess availability, the contractor may be required to perform stress tests.
