Rochester General Health System (RGHS) offers a rare, fast-track, growth opportunity for a motivated professional with proven management experience. RGHS is a system anchored by Rochester General Hospital, a 528-bed tertiary care facility that has earned national recognition for clinical excellence across multiple service lines, and which is a global showcase for Carestream Health’s RIS/PACS system. We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Radiology who will work with the Chief of Radiology and RGHS administration to plan, develop and supervise a full range of imaging services at multiple system locations under a comprehensive and cohesive system plan. The position offers excellent growth potential and a chance to be a departmental CEO responsible for new business development, site selection, construction, and supports of a Radiology Residency program.
In conjunction with the Chief of Radiology and the Senior VP of Operations, the Senior Director of Radiology plans, develops, supervises and directs all Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, CT. MRI and Medical Physics administrative services and programs. The Senior Director also acts as a liaison, consultant, and academic partner to health care affiliates and colleges in the community.
