MedCath Partners LLC is a business entity that enters into Joint Ventures with hospitals and Cardiovascular Physician Group Practices whereby we manage the cardiovascular programs on their behalf. One of these Joint Ventures is with Southwest Arizona Heart and Vascular Center based in Yuma, AZ.
Radiology Technologist
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for providing quality care and assisting the cardiologists in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventions, if applicable, on adult patients. Additionally, the Radiology Technologist will assist the cardiologists in all aspects of invasive cardiology including scrubbing, monitoring and recording in accordance to policy and procedure. May be required to work in prep and holding areas. Call on a rotational basis.
Interested candidates must be a graduate of an accredited radiology technologist program and possess the appropriate licensure and/or certification as required by state. Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current BLS certification is required. ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment. A minimum of 2 years of cath lab or special procedures experience is required.
