PHYSICIST

State of the art facility is looking for a temp to fulltime Medical Physicist with good people skills. Everything you could want in a mid-size town based in the heartland. Great schools, entertainment and shopping and a friendly community makes this city one of the best in the country for standard of living.

1. Certifications: ABR certification required.
2. Licensure: No state license required.
3. Experience: At least two years or more experience required, with a Masters or Ph.D. in Medical Physics.
4. Special Equipment/procedures: The Medical Physicist will perform chart checks, Stereotactic plans, Seed implants, HDR treatment plans and treatments, check IMRT plans, IMRT chart checks, map check of IMRT. Facility uses a Varian EX machine and a Trilogy system with ARIA. They are also transitioning from Pinnacle to Eclipse.
5. Environment: Will be working closely with two senior Physicists. Facility has three fulltime Dosimetrists.
