Needed BC/BE General Radiologist with an interest in Breast Imaging/Mammo. Join a 22 Radiologist Team, one of the largest Multi-Specialty Groups in the nation. You will do all modalities including basic IR procedures. Mammo readings is about 50%. Each doctor reads approximately 12,000 cases a year. The call is 1/14. Main campus serves as host to the state of the art facility and includes all modalities (including Symphony, dual source CT, digital mammo and PET/CT). Digital Imaging (PACS) and teleradiology are utilized as well. Nighthawk Service from 9pm to 7am-cover general call. The radiologists provide services to patients in regional satellite facilities. This position allows you to have a balanced lifestyle in the Fabulous Upper Mississippi River Valley and Beautiful Bluff Country of SW WI. M1166 - Breast Imager Radiologist
Clinical Breast Radiologist needed! BC/BE Radiologist with Fellowship Training in Breast Imaging to join intedisciplinary breast care team along with 22 radiologists in the group. The breast imaging section is staffed by two clinical breast radiologists responsible for screening mammography, diagnostic evaluation (Clinical Breast examination, Mammo, US, MRI) and imaged-guided biopsy (US, Stereotatic, MRI), as well as clinical research and quality improvement. Nine Screening Mammo locations and a new 5400 square foot Diagnostic & IR Breast Care Clinic. Excellent working relations with referring physicians and hospital/clinic administration. Radiologists should have an interest in teaching residents and medical students. (Teaching is not essential). Group services western WI, NE IA and SE MN with state of the art facilities and equipment including PACS. Each year more than 40,000 breast imaging exams and procedures are performed along with approximately 200 new diagnosed breast cancers.
