The radiologist is unlike other physicians because diagnoses and interpretations are made from medical images. Images are taken in a variety of ways by using x-rays or with radioactive substances. Some images are produced by sound waves or the body's innate magnetism. Outstanding southeastern Virginia job opportunity for a Board Certified Radiologist with fellowship training in Neuroradiology offers a chance to join a great Atlantic coast group. An individual with excellent clinical abilities is their number one priority. As a new radiologist in this private group you will be expected to do all modalities, but most of your time will be spent doing MR and CT. This is a partnership opportunity with partnership offered after one year. Call is 1:6. If you are on call, you have a choice to have Nighthawk turned on at 5PM or anytime up to 10 PM. Obviously, if you decide to turn it on later, you will be reimbursed accordingly. They have excellent equipment and PACS at all the locations they cover.
