The radiologist is unlike other physicians because diagnoses and interpretations are made from medical images. Images are taken in a variety of ways by using x-rays or with radioactive substances. Some images are produced by sound waves or the body's innate magnetism. Lucrative opportunity with Private Radiology practice in North Carolina, convenient to Beaches, Mountains and Metropolitan Centers.
This very stable group has both hospital and outpatient center sites and is experiencing strong growth in Women's Imaging including the addition of Digital Mammography. This position is due to expasion.
They are looking for an additional Radiologist with solid skills in Breast MR and Mammography with the option to perform any and all Breast procedures including Stereotactic and MRI Guided Biopsies as well as related Ultrasound and CT studies and all breast intervention.
You will have a solid focus in Breast Imaging including the option to keep your general skills current and have a future opportunity to grow into 100% Women's Imaging case if desired .
There is no call ,no nights, no weekends. However you will have to option to have some call for extra income if so desired but it is not required.
