About Radiology Jobs
According to the AMA, only 1.2% of physicians specialize in radiology (compare that with 16.7% of physicians that practice the specialty of internal medicine). The radiologist is unlike other physicians because diagnoses and interpretations are made from medical images. Images are taken in a variety of ways by using x-rays or with radioactive substances. Some images are produced by sound waves or the body's innate magnetism. Women's Imaging NO CALL-Ohio Metro Center up to $550K
Womens Imaging Radiology opportunity with large expanding private Radiology practice in Ohio metropolitan center.
This very stable group has both hospital and outpatient center sites and is experiencing strong growth in Women's Imaging .This position is due to expansion.
They are looking for an additional Radiologist with solid skills in Breast MR and Mammography with the option to perform any and all Breast procedures including Stereotactic and MRI Guided Biopsies as well as related Ultrasound and CT studies and all breast intervention.
You will have a solid focus in Breast Imaging including the option to keep your general skills current doing 50% breast and grow into 100% Women's Imaging cases . There is NO CALL.
Starting salary will be in the high $400-$490 range depending on you skills and experience .
Partner compensation to $550K. Also included are Health Insurance plus additional Health Reimbursement allowance for deductibles, uncovered items etc, Pension Plan, Life Insurance, $20K Business Expense Allowance, Disability, 10 weeks vacation and Relocation Allowance. Partnership offered after one year.
