Medical Center Radiology Group (MCRG), Central Florida's leading provider of diagnostic imaging in Orlando, is seeking an experienced board certified radiologist with fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging that has an interest in helping to expand our growing orthopedic imaging business.
We are looking for a unique candidate that possesses not only excellent clinical skills but an individual with leadership potential and an enthusiasm for the challenge of competing for business in a competitive radiology marketplace. Successful candidates would joing our core group of versatile musculoskeletal specialists that cover all areas of radiology in our inpatient practice including diagnostic mammography, general nuclear medicine, and performing basic procedures (i.e. paracentesis, thoracentesis, non-steoteactic breast biopsy.
All members of our practice work 1 weekend per/month covering general radiology for our inpatient practice partnered with several additional radiologists. Shifts are scheduled 7am-3 pm or 3pm-11 pm. Overnight call or shifts are are not expected as we have in-house night radiogists that work 11 pm-7am, 7 days per week.
Starting salary and duration to partnership will be negotiable and based on experience and overall strength as a candidate. 8 weeks of vacation offered per year in addition to generous stipend for CME and Technology. Pension plan is provided by the practice when qualified.
Florida license and successful hospital credentialing are required.
