Skilled Radiologist Needed in Southern California, Full Time or Part Time

Beginning April 2019 Colima Radiology is seeking a motivated and personable Board-Certified Radiologist to work in a licensed 176-bed acute care facility located in southern California within the greater Los Angeles area. The current work load averages 135 cases per day plus some light IR procedures.

Position and Duties

  • Be comfortable with most aspects of diagnostic radiology imaging including plain x-ray films, CT, US, MRI and Fluoroscopy
  • Possess the ability (or willingness to learn) minor interventional / invasive procedures such as PICC / Quinton insertions, paracentesis, thoracentesis etc…
  • Capable of reading approximately 65 cases per day
  • Able to work Monday through Friday in addition to two (2) Saturday’s per month
  • Able to assist with taking standby / call after-hours

  • Act as a resource and facilitator regarding adhering to local, state and federal regulator standards, as well as the company’s policies and procedures

  • Must exhibit dedication to support, grow and develop the imaging department as needed
  • Will assist and/or perform other duties as required
