Our current geographic footprint includes the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point), as well the Triangle region (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) and northern Charlotte. Candidates can choose to live in multiple locations within this beautiful state!

POSITION SUMMARY

Greensboro Radiology is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Body Imager to support our growing practice in North Carolina. The ideal candidate is fellowship trained in Abdominal, Body, and/or Chest imaging, focusing on CT/MR and PET of the chest/abdomen/and pelvis, but also capable of reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging. The only core procedure included is lumbar punctures. A desire to work in a collaborative environment with the local surgeons, pathologists and oncologists is required.

This opportunity is a full-time, partnership-track position with a weekend requirement of only 10 weekends per year (20 days). Radiologists also receive a post call day following each call weekend. Overnight call is not required. The position includes a generous compensation package and a slate of benefits (including a fully funded 401k profit sharing plan with immediate vesting), as well as health, life, disability, malpractice insurance coverage, substantial PTO and ample moonlighting opportunities to significantly increase compensation as desired.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Completed a one-year post-residency fellowship training, in Abdominal, Body, and/or Chest Imaging
  • Board certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Preferred licensure in North Carolina
