100% INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY
LARGE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL SETTING
Join a dedicated Endovascular practice with a tradition of embracing cutting edge technologies. The group is based in a large community hospital setting with a state of the art Interventional Radiology Department completely separate from Diagnostic Radiology.
The hospital has two IR suites doing between 15 and 30 procedures per day as well as an Outpatient Interventional Radiology office/exam room in a modern Medical building on the hospital campus. You will be able to practice the full range of Interventional Radiology procedures including some Angiography and Oncology procedures and benefit from an experienced support staff including four technologists and three nurses.
The Department has traditionally enjoyed a high level of interaction and cooperation with the Medical staff of the hospital, including a state of the art Cancer Center, where Interventional Radiologists participate in the weekly Tumor Board meetings and have research and publication opportunities. Other features include potential teaching opportunities in the Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, General Surgery and Pediatric Residency programs as well as Orthopedic Fellows and Residents who regularly rotate through the hospital.
Minimum requirements include successful completion of Radiology Residency and Interventional Fellowship programs; ABR Board Certification required, CAQ in Interventional Radiology a plus.
