We have the following full-time position in Fresno, California:
Facility Director of Imaging Services
In conjunction with the chief(s) of Diagnostic Imaging, you will provide strategic administrative support in planning, budgeting, and directing the operations of the diagnostic imaging department at a medical center. You will also manage full-service, high-volume inpatient and outpatient departments, which generally include Radiology, MRI, CT, I/R, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, Cardiac Cath. Labs, and Imaging Files.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in health care, business, or equivalent experience. Prior leadership accomplishments in health care, management, and staff development are also required, as well as significant experience as a manager in a full-service imaging department. Prior experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist is also necessary, as are excellent communication skills and a track record of previous administrative project initiatives. A master's degree is strongly preferred, as is registration with American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT). Previous experience managing in a union environment is also strongly desired.
