CT National Manager - Western Division - Chicago, IL

The Manager will direct the daily operations of the SI CT Clinical Education West group. They will manage the cost center budget as well as manage actual versus budgeted headcount within forecasted target. The Manager develops and implements a businesses model to achieve overall profitability. This individual will prepare and justify budget recommendations, requests, reports, proposals and/or projections for resource requirements to deliver superior customer support. They are responsible for the development and success of the team, implementing and driving an effective competency program to elevate the level of clinical expertise of the team and to establish and measure the requirements for varying functional roles within CE team. The National Manager will also establish programs to meet customer commitments and improve customer satisfaction. They are responsible for responding to customer complaints, analyzing for root cause and developing processes for sustained improvement. Other duties include developing and implementing processes for improved customer satisfaction and increased productivity efficiency within operational area as well as driving cross-functional best practices sharing and implementation.

A Bachelor's degree from a four year university is required or accreditation from Certified Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine School or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in the modality of choice. Two years' supervisory and/or management experience is required. Knowledge of Siemens equipment is also required. Candidate needs to reside within geographical area of responsibility.
