We are looking for an experienced and talented Director of Medical Imaging to come join our growing facility. 

The Director is responsible for ensuring quality patient care in a cost effective manner complying with State, Federal, and Accrediting Agency guidelines for all imaging service areas, monitors/evaluates patient care standards and job specific performance standards for continuous quality improvement. This position is directly accountable to the Vice President, Ancillary Services.  

• Functions as a resource and support person for staff, physicians and administrative teams.
• Responsible for the operations of Medical Imaging at Verde Valley Medical Center (VVMC) Cottonwood and Sedona Campuses, Medical Plaza and Camp Verde Health Center.
• Assists in development of policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, performance improvement goals, operational and capital budgets for all areas of responsibility.
• Responsible for coordinating, hiring and maintaining accountability for and evaluation of the performance of qualified staff consistent with their levels of education and expertise.
• Demonstrates self-direction and professionalism by utilizing positive communication techniques to establish service excellence while promoting optimal performance to meet financial goals and maintain corporate philosophy. 

Qualifications:

• MRTBE license with the state of Arizona and current ARRT
