Interventional Radiology Technologist - Supervisor

Salary Starting between: $26.32 - $34.21 - $42.11/Hr.

Reporting to the Associate Chief, you will perform the full range of basic and advanced level diagnostic procedures in Interventional Radiology (IR).

Responsibilities:

Equipment maintenance and replacement evaluation, PACs and RIS integrity, Quality Management, cost management and emergency response preparedness for the IR department. Supervisory responsibilities include: hiring decisions/recommendations; corrective/disciplinary action; staff training/development; staffing levels and scheduling; administering and communicating relevant IR information; and ensuring compliance with updated policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:

• Advanced specialty certification in Interventional Radiology
• ARRT and CRT license/certification
• BLS certification
• Fluoroscopy license/certification
• Venipuncture license/certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist/3 years as Interventional Technologist, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
