We invite you to join our Valley Imaging team as a Medical Site Manager. This career opportunity is located at our multi-modality women's outpatient imaging center in San Jose. Our ACR Accredited facility performs Ultrasound, Digital Mammography, CT, PET/CT, and Digital X-Ray procedures/exams. As the Medical Site Manager you'll:
- Direct all center activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations for patient flow, patient care, and quality assurance.
- Manage a staff of approximately 20 employees and direct all staff activities including, coordinating schedules and breaks, providing training and guidance, reviewing and approving bi-weekly timecards, etc.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of the equipment and facility.
- Maintain the center's budget by cost management and increase revenue through effective cash management.
- Oversee attending physicians.
- Complete assigned projects and reports as needed.
We're looking for dynamic leaders with at least 1+ years of recent medical office management experience, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient care. Candidates will also need to have experience with marketing, bookkeeping, and public relations. Attention to detail, an understanding of budgets, and a high school diploma are also a must.
A Bachelor's degree or CRT/ARRT is preferred!
