Minnesota Support Professional Job

Responsibilities:

• Instructional planning and curriculum development
• Program administration, evaluation and counseling
• Assessment of student performance
• Classroom climate preparation and management
• Conduct on-going program assessment
• Budget planning
• Participate in professional development experiences
• Participate in department/division meetings and college-wide committees

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification or equivalent
• Three full time years experience in field
• Two year certificate or associate or above degree in radiologic technology
• Knowledgeable in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction and counseling
• Enthusiastic about teaching and learning
• Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the assessment of student academic achievement
• Effective organization, presentation and inter-personal relations skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in diverse culture and populations
• Bilingual candidates will be given preference
