Due to rapid technology advancement and improvements in electronic transmission of medical images, Teleradiology has emerged as a viable and cost effective alternative for many hospitals and clinics needing coverage for medical imaging.
Teleradiology transmits radiological images, such as x-rays, CTs, and MRIs, from one location to another for the purposes of interpretation and/or consultation. Digital images are transmitted over a distance using standard telephone lines, satellite connections, or local area networks (LANs). Teleradiology also is beginning to include the process of interfacing with the HIS/RIS systems in the transporting of digital images.(Source: filmdigitizer.com)

Here’s a ground floor opportunity you can be a senior member of a new group of 6- 7 radiologist’s. Group is looking for both general and fellowship trained Dr’s. Group will be based in a hospital. Call will be 1-5 weekend evening call is done via Teleradiology from 6-9:00PM with Nighhawk coming in at 9:00pm. 400K guaranteed to start additional bonuses will be offered. All facilities have PACS. Full benefits including paid malpractice and 7 weeks vacation . This area is offers affordable housing, friendly family communities and coastal living.
Outpatient facility on Florida’s gulf coast
Outpatient group with 3 center looking to add a general or fellowship trained radiologist. Group is offering a Monday-Friday no call no weekends. Average case load about 100 a day 400K to start plus bonus potential. You will also have paid malpractice, 7 weeks vacation, health benefits. This group has been around for over 20 years. This beautiful coastal area of Florida offers many recreational activities, award winning beaches, family communities and suburban living yet close enough to the metropolitan cities.
