Minnesota: H-1 Visa, $450K to Start, University / Resort


BC/BE General Diagnostic Radiologist for regional hospital and strongly partnered adjoining multi-specialty practice in university resort community serving 100,000. Imaging modalities include radiography, fluoroscopy, C.T., mammography, nuclear medicine and ultrasound with a projected volume of 30,000 exams per year. Nighthawk service is provided by the hospital after 7:00 pm.  The majority of the practice is done in the hospital with the exception of mammograms that are read in the clinic.  Work hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.  At the present time there is no call. Guaranteed salary of $450K for the first two years, with the potential thereafter to generate $550K. Vacation is 8 weeks per year with another 2 weeks for CME. As the community is designated as a Medically Underserved Area the practice will provide up to $15,000 for legal immigration assistance. Pine trees, pristine lakes, affordable housing, great public schools and a university all make for a great life style practice.
