About Teleradiology Jobs
Due to rapid technology advancement and improvements in electronic transmission of medical images, Teleradiology has emerged as a viable and cost effective alternative for many hospitals and clinics needing coverage for medical imaging.
Teleradiology transmits radiological images, such as x-rays, CTs, and MRIs, from one location to another for the purposes of interpretation and/or consultation. Digital images are transmitted over a distance using standard telephone lines, satellite connections, or local area networks (LANs). Teleradiology also is beginning to include the process of interfacing with the HIS/RIS systems in the transporting of digital images.(Source: filmdigitizer.com)

Visiting Physicians Association is the nations largest Physician Home Housecall practice.
We are currently seeking a BC Radiologist in Kentucky / Ohio to read X-Rays and Ultrasound / Vascular studies for our Williamsburg, Virginia office.
Position can be located in our office or yours.
We utilize a brand new / fully digital PACS system for our X-Ray, Ultrasound and Vascular studies.
